The StudyHub offers online resources to support self-paced Hebrew learning: click-and-hear soundboards, Prayer Karaoke videos, games, and more!
Access to the StudyHub is free for all to access for online reinforcement wherever you are, on any device with an internet connection! Full curricular materials that contextualize the online activities are available for a reasonable annual licensing fee either directly through JLearnHub or through the ShalomLearning LMS, which offers individual student progress tracking, written & audio assignment uploads, review modules, & more!
Click-and-Hear Hebrew Reading Widgets
Learning to read Hebrew letters? The StudyHub includes soundboard widgets that let you hear the words written in the Step-By-Step Hebrew packets so you can check your pronunciation!
StudyHub Click-and-Hear Widgets use HTML5, not Flash, so they work on all devices -- including iPads and mobile phones! (Note: Most iOS devices will require you to run the Ji Tap activities in the Ji Tap app -- click the link below any activity in the StudyHub, which should transfer you over to either the App Store to download Ji Tap or to the app itself once it's installed.)
Prayer Karaoke Videos
Learn to read and sing the prayers in the Jewish worship service along with JLearnHub's Prayer Karaoke Videos! The videos are one component of an ever-expanding portal for exploring the service in five sections: Introductory Prayers, Sh'ma and Her Blessings, Amidah, Torah Service, and Concluding Prayers.
Most videos are also available for free on YouTube and the Open StudyHub after 2 months. StudyHub Plus includes all the newest videos, and members get top priority for new video requests!
Games & Trivia
Play matching games to review the Hebrew letters and sounds, then learn & review the meaning behind the Hebrew prayers through games and trivia widgets! The games and trivia are one component of an ever-expanding portal for exploring the T'fillah service in five sections: Introductory Prayers, Sh'ma and Her Blessings, Amidah, Torah Service, and Concluding Prayers.
